Rachel Hughes – Head Coach

BSc (Hons) Sports Science, REPs Level 4. Rachel leads our coaching team with 15+ years of experience in personal training and nutrition coaching in London.

Martin Lyle – Group Class Coordinator

YMCA-Certified, Certified HIIT Specialist. Martin designs killer group classes and is obsessed with making workouts both challenging and fun!

Hana Yusuf – Wellness & Mobility Coach

Level 3 Pilates and Yoga Instructor. Hana helps members improve flexibility, mindfulness, and holistic fitness.

Callum Jones – Nutrition Consultant

BSc Nutrition, AfN Registered. Callum ensures members fuel their results with evidence-based nutrition advice.

Team Qualifications

  • Registered Exercise Professionals (REPs) Level 3 and above
  • Regular CPD training and specialist certifications
  • First Aid and CPR Certified
  • Passion for making fitness positive, progressive, and safe
